Main responsibilities:
1. Operations Management
- Oversee the entire operation of the after-sales services team for automobiles and motorcycles. Monitor dealer services KPIs
- Ensure efficient and quality services delivery in alignment with company objectives.
2. Customer Service & Complaint Handling
- Responsible for promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Ensure the provision of high-quality customer service and enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
3. People Management
- Recruit, train, evaluate, and mentor/coach team members.
- Build and maintain a competent and motivated team.
4. Budget & Profitability
- Manage the team’s budget effectively.
- Optimize resources to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
5. After-sales Support
- Handle and provide guidance and support to dealers for problem resolution.
- Ensure timely and effective solutions provide.
6. Market Intelligence & Quality Feedback
- Collect and analyze market information/ dealer feedback related to after-sales service.
- Provide feedback/inputs to relevant departments for product and service improvement..
7. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to support after-sales strategy
- Contribute to company-wide initiatives as required
8. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Monitor risks and implement corrective actions proactively
9. Performance Evaluation & Improvement
- Regularly assess team performance.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and increase customer satisfaction and retention
10. Other Duties
- Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by the Company’s BOD and Head of Department

Criteria for recruitment
- Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Automotive/Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
- Experience in automotive after-sales service, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in handling dealer networks, customer services, and excellent problem-solving.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written).
- Competencies & Personal Attributes
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and provide quality feedback.
- Good knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and profitability management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with ERP/Dealer Management System is preferred.
- Knowledge of management systems (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015) is preferred

- Working time: 7:30 – 17:30, from Monday to Friday
