Main responsibilities:
1. Department Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the After Sales department (Service & Parts) to achieve business objectives ·
- Develop strategies and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Establish KPIs and monitor department performance, ensuring continuous improvement
- Manage departmental budget, optimize resources, and ensure cost-effectiveness
2. Customer Service & Dealer Support
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Provide technical support to dealers to maintain consistent service standards.
- Build strong dealer relations and ensure service standards across the network.
3. Market Intelligence & Business Development
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify improvement opportunities.
- Identify and develop opportunities to strengthen service competitiveness and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and service competitiveness.
4. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Promote ethical practices, transparency and operational excellence across all after-sales operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.
5. People Development & Leadership
- Lead, recruit, develop, and retain talent within After Sales team.
- Oversee training, evaluation, and development of Dealer’s staff
- Foster a high-performance culture within the department

Criteria for recruitment
- Qualification Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in automobile/motorcycle services/ after-sales
- Including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written).
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s Degree (minimum requirement)

- Working time: 7:30 – 17:30, from Monday to Friday
