Main responsibilities:

1. Department Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead the After Sales department (Service & Parts) to achieve business objectives ·
  • Develop strategies and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Establish KPIs and monitor department performance, ensuring continuous improvement
  • Manage departmental budget, optimize resources, and ensure cost-effectiveness

2. Customer Service & Dealer Support

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide technical support to dealers to maintain consistent service standards.
  • Build strong dealer relations and ensure service standards across the network.

3. Market Intelligence & Business Development

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to strengthen service competitiveness and customer loyalty. 
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and service competitiveness.

4. Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Promote ethical practices, transparency and operational excellence across all after-sales operations. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.

5. People Development & Leadership

  • Lead, recruit, develop, and retain talent within After Sales team.
  • Oversee training, evaluation, and development of Dealer’s staff
  • Foster a high-performance culture within the department

Criteria for recruitment

  • Qualification Requirements
    • At least 5 years of experience in automobile/motorcycle services/ after-sales
    • Including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
    • Fluent in English (spoken & written).
    • Proficient in data analysis and reporting
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Bachelor’s Degree (minimum requirement)

Other information:

  • Working place: 02, Pho Quang Street, Tan Binh District, HCM City
  • Working time: 7:30 – 17:30, from Monday to Friday
