JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Dealer Network Development
- Support planning and implementation of dealer expansion strategies in potential areas.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to evaluate and approve new dealer applications.
- Monitor and assess dealer performance (sales, service, customer satisfaction).
- Support the development of dealer facilities and manpower according to brand standards.
2. Dealer Audit & Performance Analysis
- Conduct regular audits of dealer operations (Sales, Service, Parts, Customer Experience).
- Prepare dealer performance reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with DSMs to ensure audit feedback and action plans are followed through.
3. Training & Capacity Building
- Organize and deliver regular training programs for Products/ Sales / Marketing / Communication skill etc
- Collaborate with product planning and HR to design relevant training materials.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and track individual performance improvement.
4. Corporate Identity (CI) Management
- Ensure all dealer outlets comply with the brand’s Corporate Identity guidelines (interior/exterior, signage, uniforms, branding materials).
- Coordinate with dealers and vendors to implement or upgrade showroom CI according to the latest standards.
- Monitor the application of CI across the network and report non-conformities.
- Support the development and rollout of CI-related manuals and training materials.
- Liaise with internal departments on CI updates and approvals.
5. Cross-functional Coordination
- Communicating with internal departments (Marketing, Sales Admin, AFS / SPP, Customer service) to ensure unified support for newly established dealer operations
- Assist in projects related to digital dealer management systems (DMS) and retail process standardization.
6. Other duties assigned by Company
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 2–4 years of experience in dealer development, sales operations, or training (automotive industry preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; Digital applications.
- English proficiency.
- Honesty, responsibilties, willing to travel.
