JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Analyse the market growth by price range, car segment and geography to understand general trends and growth rate
- Identify target customers, customer profile and customer needs such as lifestyle, purchasing behaviour, customer journey, price elasticity
- In-depth analysis of competitors‘ products, best-selling and non-best-selling car models, prices, sales channels, marketing strategies, dealer network, etc
- Understand competitors‘ strengths and weaknesses and grasp the company‘s competitiveness (SWOT analysis and propose the improvement and strategic planning of the company)
- Analyze market trends and technology: Update the latest technological trends of the market and the competitors, predict future market prospects and identify new vehicle models and their specifications that need to be introduced
- Analyse the economic situation and prospects affecting the automobile industry in the short and long term
- Update regulations and environmental factors and reflect them in product strategies
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing/ Business/ Finance/ Economics is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office skills and English communication
- Logical thinking, teamwork, detailed-oriented
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Consumer Research with intermediate/ advanced knowledge of research techniques and methodologies
- Familiar with quantitative surveys or qualitative research
