Job description:
1. Corporate Communications Strategies & Planning:
- Develop and execute corporate communication strategies and annual communication plans.
- Ensure consistent messaging aligned with corporate direction.
- Provide communication advisory to board of directors
2. Brand Reputation & Corporate Image Management and Improvement:
- Monitor public sentiment, media coverage, and social conversations.
- Identify reputation risks and drive initiatives to strengthen corporate image.
- Produce PR content (articles, speeches, videos, corporate stories) and drive user-generated content (UGC) to enhance authenticity and organic brand engagement.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of PR and communication activities for improvement
- Be responsible, coordinate with MKT for content creation, publishing, ensure consistency management in Social platforms (FB, YouTube, Tiktok, Instagram), company website for corporate branding and communications
3. Media Relations & Influencer Management
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media partners.
- Manage press releases, interviews, media responses, and booking of articles, advertorials, and video features
- Manage KOL/KOC collaborations to amplify PR messages and enhance brand visibility, including briefing, content alignment, and performance evaluation.
4. Crisis Communications Management
- Lead communication responses during issues or crises. Prepare statements, Q&A, and coordinate with Legal and related departments.
- Develop and maintain crisis communication procedures and guidelines.
5. CSR & PR Events Management:
- Plan and execute PR-driven events: press conferences, media tours, signing ceremonies, corporate announcements, and stakeholder engagements, ect..
- Lead CSR strategy and activities that support community, education, and sustainability. Manage relationships with government bodies and community partners.
- Ensure accurate key messaging and positive media and stakeholder impact at all PR activities.
6. Internal Communications: Develop and execute internal communication plans/ campaigns on company activities.
7. PR Team Development & Agency Management:
- Lead, coach, and develop the PR & Communications team to ensure strong capability and execution
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and freelancers when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor‘s Degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration.
- At least 3 years in a managerial role with 5+ years of experience in PR/Communications, media relations, or corporate communications.
- Experience in PR events, crisis communication, KOL/KOC, and content creation.
- Experience/ relations in the Automotive field is an advantage
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Strong media and stakeholder relationship-building capabilities.
- Effective leadership, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- High integrity, professionalism, adaptive, quick-thinking, and confident in managing dynamic communication needs
Other information:
- Working place: No. 02, Pho Quang Street, Tan Binh District, HCM City
- Working time: 7:30 – 17:30, from Monday to Friday
