Overall Purpose of the Job
To execute strategies related to individual and organizational development, including training, development, and performance management activities for individuals and teams.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Capability & Leadership Development
-
Participate in developing the competency framework for positions and departments across the organization.

Support the annual competency assessment process and propose capability development plans.
-
Implement Leadership / Manager Essentials programs to enhance people management capabilities.
-
Organize training programs; ensure training quality, evaluate learning outcomes, and measure capability improvement.
-
Manage and coordinate with training partners as well as internal and external trainers.
2. Performance Management & Organization Effectiveness
-
Implement and operate the performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year review, year-end evaluation, and calibration.

Support workforce planning, organization design review, and productivity improvement initiatives.
-
Participate in Organization Effectiveness (OE) programs in collaboration with departments and leadership teams.
-
Develop tools, templates, and guidelines to standardize performance management processes.
3. HR Analytics & Insights
-
Develop and maintain Talent & OE dashboards covering succession, capability, hiring quality, and engagement.
-
Collect, process, and analyze HR data; consolidate findings into periodic reports.
4. Engagement, Employee Experience & Retention
-
Support the implementation of employee engagement surveys and follow-up improvement actions.
-
Contribute to strengthening corporate culture based on core values and leadership behaviors.
5. Talent Management & Development
-
Support the annual Talent Review and Succession Planning process for key positions.
-
Participate in designing and implementing Talent Management and Development programs.
6. Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition
-
Support the implementation of Employer Branding activities according to the established roadmap.
7. Others
-
Perform other related tasks as assigned.

CRITERIA FOR RECRUITMENT
1. Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related fields.
2. Experience
-
At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role in Talent, Learning & Development (L&D), or Organization Effectiveness (OE).
3. Professional Knowledge
-
Solid knowledge of Learning & Development, including program design, training materials, and training evaluation.
-
Knowledge of competency frameworks for individuals and teams.
4. Skills
-
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
-
Ability to design training materials and learning products such as training decks, e-books, infographics, etc.
-
Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a data-driven mindset.
-
Proactive, highly accountable, ethical, professional, and adaptable.
5. Others
-
Proficient in using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude AI, Canva, etc.) and Power BI to improve work efficiency.
-
Experience in building organizational competency frameworks is an advantage.
-
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
