Job Description:
(1) Drafting annual business plans and drafting budgets
(2) Concerning supply parts and accessories (Part Sales experience is required)
- Planning and execution of sales promotion measures for spare parts & accessories
- Development of accessories
- Improve the quality of spare parts & accessories in cooperation with ervice & QC department
- Set prices and select suppliers for spare parts & accessories in cooperation with purchase department
(3) Operation of spare parts warehouse:
- Maintenance of work environment to keep safety
- Reliable and efficient operation of the parts warehouse in cooperation with the warehouse management company
- Management of stock taking
(4) Regarding suppliers of spare parts & accessories:
- Develop suppliers for spare parts & accessories in cooperation with Purchase Department
- Audit of suppliers of spare parts & accessories
(5) Concerning retailers of spare parts & accessories:
- Improve communication with motorcycle and automobile dealers
- Audit of motorcycle and automobile dealers
(6) Business status report to director, head office
(7) Human resource management:
- Allocate job to each staff, follow them to complete job and evaluate their achievement. Hire proper staff to run required operation
- Educate staff by 3G and training with industries
Job Requirements:
- Gradudated from College/ University
- Proficient in MS Office and English
