Overall purpose of the job:
Lead sales operation discipline, reporting, coordination, execution follow-up, and business support to the Head of Sales. This role acts as a control tower for sales data and operational execution, while assisting the Head of Sales in management reporting, meeting preparation, business follow-up, dealer/DSM coordination, and cross-functional communication to drive effective sales execution.
1. Sales Head Business Support & Execution Follow-up
- Assist the Head of Sales in preparing management reports, business review materials, dealer review materials, sales meeting documents, and presentation decks.
- Consolidate sales performance updates, key issues, risks, and action plans for management review and decision-making.
- Follow up key actions assigned by the Head of Sales with DSMs, dealers, and related departments to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare meeting minutes, action trackers, follow-up notes, and issue escalation summaries when required.
2. Sales Operation & Dealer Coordination
- Monitor overall sales operation flow, including order status, allocation status, delivery progress, and dealer-related operational issues.
- Coordinate with Sales Admin, DSMs, dealers, and internal departments to ensure smooth sales execution.
- Identify repeated issues in sales operation process and propose improvement actions.
3. Sales Reporting, Forecast & Policy Tracking
- Consolidate sales forecast, target tracking, actual sales, stock, delivery status, and dealer performance data.
- Prepare sales dashboards and business reports for management review.
- Check data consistency and highlight gaps, risks, or abnormal trends for management attention.
4. Policy, Incentive Tracking & Team Supervision
- Track sales policy implementation, promotion execution, dealer incentive status, and related follow-up matters.
- Escalate discrepancies, delays, or risks to the Head of Sales for resolution.
- Supervise Sales Admin team output to ensure accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and proper handling of confidential sales/dealer information.
5. Other Tasks: Perform other tasks assigned by the Sales Head

REQUIREMENT
1. Education and Skill:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics,Logistics/Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills for data consolidation, dashboard preparation, and management reporting.
- Good understanding of sales operations, including order status, allocation follow-up, delivery tracking, sales data, and dealer coordination.
- Good English reading and writing skills for reports and communication with Suzuki Headquarters.
2. Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, sales administration, business planning, or related fields, (preferably in automobile or manufacturing industry).
- Experience in sales reporting, forecast consolidation, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
- Experience working with dealer networks or supervising/coordinating a small team is an advantage.
