JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Recruitment
- Screen candidates by reviewing their resumes and job applications, and perform phone screenings
- Release job postings on social media and career websites
- Maintain database of candidate records
- Hire various positions through different channels, including but not limited to workers, office staff, and managers
- Follow up on the interview process and update records in the internal database
- Cooperate with headhunters to hire hard-to-fill positions
2. Training
- Execute orientation training for new hires
- Coordinate training sessions for the company
3. Events
- Execute tasks to develop the company’s images
- Coordinate events at partnership universities/ colleges (job fairs, seminars, etc.)
4. Others
- Make payments and other kinds of requests on the internal system
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by the company
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any related major (Human Resources, Law, Economics, Education, etc.)
- Proficiency in English communication and MS Office
- At least 03 year of experience
