Overall purpose of the job:
Responsible for executing public relations activities that strengthen
corporate and product reputation, support media visibility, and ensure timely communication
response across media, partners, and the public. This role contributes to consistent messaging and
positive brand impact through effective PR execution and communication support.
1. Media Relations & Press Materials
- Build and maintain working relationships with journalists, car experts, media partners, and relevant industry contacts.
- Prepare the press releases, media invitations, speech, Q&A, and other PR materials for corporate news, product launches, and campaigns.
- Coordinate media interviews, information requests, article placements, and on-site media activities.
- Ensure all media materials are aligned with approved key messages, brand direction, and company policies.
2. PR Campaign Execution & Product Communication Support
- Planning and execution of PR activities for corporate announcements, new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and key marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with Digital, Event, Sales, and product-related teams to align PR timing, messaging, and deliverables.
- Assist in developing PR angles, story hooks, and communication ideas to improve media interest and campaign visibility.
- Track execution progress and ensure all PR deliverables are completed on time and with required quality.
- Work with agencies or external partners, including briefing, follow-up, and quality control to ensure effective PR execution.
3. Media Monitoring, Public Sentiment & Reporting
- Monitor media coverage, social conversations, online news, and public sentiment related to the company, brand, products, and key issues.
- Prepare regular media monitoring reports, sentiment summaries, and campaign performance updates with key findings and recommendations.
- Analyze monitoring results and market updates with a PDCA mindset to propose suitable communication actions and continuous improvements.
- Track PR coverage quality, share of voice, message penetration, and notable competitor communication activities.
- Keep updated on market activities, competitor movements, media trends, and public interests to support relevant and timely communication planning.
- Identify potential reputational risks early and escalate issues promptly to the manager and related departments.
4. Crisis Communication Support
- Coordinate issue and crisis communication handling by collecting facts, drafting initial response materials, and coordinating with related departments.
- Prepare response drafts, holding statements, Q&A, and media answers under the guidance of the Brand & Communications Manager.
- Maintain issue logs, document response timelines, and support execution of approved communication actions across channels.
- Follow crisis communication procedures and contribute to post-issue review and improvement recommendations.
5. PR Events & Internal Coordination
- Handle PR communication for PR-related events such as press conferences, media briefings, signing ceremonies, corporate announcements, and media tours.
- Coordinate guest lists, media attendance, briefing documents, speaking materials, and follow-up communications after events.
- Work with internal teams to collect information, visuals, and approvals required for PR and communication activities.
- Ensure strong coordination with other departments when communication support is needed for company-wide activities, while maintaining message consistency and brand standards

REQUIREMENT
1. Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. ·
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PR, media relations, corporate communications, or agency-side public relations.
- Good understanding of media operations, press materials development, media pitching, and communication planning.
- Experience in media monitoring, sentiment tracking, PR reporting, and issue escalation.
2. Competencies & Personal Attributes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Good interpersonal, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Careful, proactive, and able to work under pressure with fast turnaround time.
- Having driving license is preferred
- Experience of working in the automotive & parts industry is preferred

- Working time: 7:30 – 17:30, from Monday to Friday
