Job description:
- Plan, execute and manage public relations strategies and activities.
- Build and maintain good relationships with journalists, and influencers.
- Proactively engage with media contacts to manage media inquiries timely, provide appropriate information to enhance positive content, and prevent negative content.
- Take immediate action to prevent the company‘s reputation damage.
- Frequently research Suzuki global news, good achievements, and stories from other countries and share with the media to improve brand understanding and reputation.
- Develop a marketing communication plan and PR activities.
- Plan, and conduct PR events (PR launch, test drive, etc), collaborating with the Marketing team and monitoring media coverage after events.
- Manage budgets & determine KPIs for PR.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of PR activities for improvement.
- Guide and monitor PR executive in content writing and related activities.
- Stay up to date with PR and automobile industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor‘s Degree in Marketing/ Business/ is preferable
- Proficiency in MS Office skills.
- Proficiency in English communication
- Excellent communication, presentation, public speaking, and time management skills.
- A positive attitude when working with journalists.
- At least 3 years of working experience in Public Relations.
- Experience in the Automotive field is an advantage.
- Having relationships, connections with media.

- Working time: 7:30 – 17:30, from Monday to Friday
