Overall purpose of the job:
To lead marketing strategy and planning by turning market insights into clear, integrated plans that strengthen brand positioning, improve campaign effectiveness, and support business growth.
1. Market Insight, Customer Understanding
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and internal data reviews to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
- Develop customer profiles, segmentation frameworks, and customer journey maps to generate actionable insights.
2. Marketing Strategy & Annual Planning
- Develop clear marketing directions and campaign objectives aligned with business goals and product life cycle stages.
- Develop the overall marketing strategy and annual and quarterly marketing plans.
- Define strategic objectives, key initiatives, target audiences, and channel roles for each planning cycle.
- Lead marketing budget planning and allocation across channels and activities to optimize effectiveness and return on investment.
3. Integrated Planning & Cross-functional Alignment
- Coordinate closely with the Brand & Communications, Digital, and Event Campaign & Dealer Marketing teams to ensure integrated planning and cross-functional alignment.
- Act as a strategic interface between Marketing and Sales, ensuring plans reflect market realities and business priorities.
4. Campaign Performance Analysis & Data Consolidation
- Consolidate and analyze campaign performance data, including digital, CRM, and event results.
- Track campaign effectiveness against defined objectives, KPIs, and budget.
- Prepare performance reports, highlight key insights, and identify opportunities for optimization.
5. Strategy Review & Continuous Optimization
- Conduct regular reviews of marketing strategy and planning based on performance results, data insights, and market learnings.

REQUIREMENT
1. Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing strategy, planning, performance marketing, or integrated marketing roles.
- Solid experience in market research, competitor analysis, customer insight development, and marketing planning.
- Experience in the automotive industry or other consumer-driven industries is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of campaign planning, budget allocation, performance tracking, and return on investment analysis across channels and activities.

- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and confident in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment
