Main responsibilities:
1. Market Analysis:
- Understand the company’s sales trends and analyze sales performance by model, region, and period.
- Identify overall market demand trends and growth/decline tendencies in each segment.
- Monitor customer demand and purchasing behavior.
- Research and compare competitors’ sales initiatives, sales trends, model lineups, and pricing strategies.
2. Planning and Implementation of Sales Promotion Initiatives:
- Develop sales promotion strategies which reflects the competitiveness against the competitors in the market
- Coordinate with internal departments and dealers to implement promotional activities effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotion/incentive, and propose improvements based on results.
- Ensure alignment of promotional activities with overall business strategy and brand positioning
3. Product Planning and Strategy Development
- Prepare for the introduction of future models by conducting feasibility studies that take into account specifications, equipment, pricing, and sales volumes.
- Create product materials and presentations that emphasize the unique selling propositions (USPs) of new models.
- Define product positioning and target customer segments based on customer needs and market trends. ·
- Collaborate with sales and marketing departments to formulate and implement sales strategies for newly introduced models.
- Monitor sales performance and market feedback after model launches, and propose improvements for future initiatives..
4. Cost and Profit Management
- Accurately identify sales-related costs and set pricing that ensures profitability while maintaining market competitiveness.
- Formulate and implement sales measures to achieve revenue targets in line with the company’s business plan.
- Analyze profitability by model, and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Regularly monitor financial data related to profit management and reflect to the promotional activity or pricing strategy.
5. Project Management
- Take a leading role in projects related to product launches and sales initiatives by strengthening collaboration with other departments.
- Develop and manage a master schedule to oversee timelines for all project tasks.
- Regularly review project progress, identify issues at an early stage, and implement solutions.
- Report project status to parties inside/outside company and propose adjustments or improvements as necessary.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth project execution and achievement of objectives
6. Collection of Sales Field Information
- Review sales performance by model, region, and dealer, and analyze key success and failure factors. ·
- Based on analysis results, formulate effective sales promotion measures and take actions with Sales and Marketing Department.
- Collect and analyze sales and market trends objectively using factual data.
- Regularly report findings and market insights to headquarters.
- Conduct hearings and information gathering from dealer owners, managers and sales staffs to incorporate on-the-ground perspectives

Criteria for recruitment
- Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
- Postgraduate qualifications or specialized certifications in market research/strategic planning are an advantage.
- Good command of English (written & spoken)
- Experience
- More than 3 years of experience in product planning, market analysis, or related roles within the automotive industry.
- Proven record of conducting feasibility studies and executing product or market strategies.
- Leadership
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects, align stakeholders, and drive initiatives to project management.
- Analytical Skills
- Strong capability in conducting feasibility studies, analyzing market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.

- The ability to extract key figures from data, analyze, and generate insights.

- Skilled in developing long-term product roadmaps and aligning them with overall business objectives.

- Working time: 7:30 – 17:30, from Monday to Friday
