Overall purpose of the job: We are seeking technically skilled candidates with good problem-solving abilities for the position of IT System Administrator Executive. This position’s main responsibility is to manage and maintain an organization’s computer systems, servers and networks. They need to ensure the smooth operation, security, and reliability of the IT system overall. Key responsibilities include configuring and modifying systems function, monitoring system and network performance, troubleshooting issues, implementing security measures, setting up computers and providing technical support to users.

MAIN DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, backup systems, and the Microsoft 365 environment. Plan and execute monthly patching of firmware, security updates, and software updates for servers and other IT equipment.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues of servers and end user computers

- Monitor and maintain IT hardware and systems and immediately report any issues to the IT Manager.

- Proactively suggest solutions to the IT Manager for resolving potential system or network issues, as well as proposing and planning system or network upgrades with reasonable costs.

- Replace the damaged server parts and computer hardware.

- Setting Up New Users and Access: Create user accounts, grant intranet access, and manage permissions. Prepare and set up computers for new employees. Install and configure hardware and software components

- Maintaining and managing file servers, active directory server, SQL server, Budget and Approval system, HRM system, Sales System, Manufacturing system and other company systems.

- Operate backup solutions to safeguard data, ensuring that backup processes are closely aligned with disaster recovery plans.

- Act as second line of support to IT support requests from end-users for hardware, software issue

- Providing training to employees on system usage and best practices.

- Utilizing monitoring tools to track system performance and identify issues.

- Setup, fix camera, access system issue together with other IT colleagues.
