JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Receive and respond to IT support requests for hardware, and software issues from users promptly.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. If issue is out of technical knowledge or lacking system privileged, escalate to higher/senior level immediately.
  • Prepare and set up computers for new employees. Install and configure hardware and software components.
  • Repair or replace damaged computer hardware.
  • Manage IT assets (laptops, desktops). Monthly report to manager the current state of IT assets & propose solutions to improve IT asset quality and performance.
  • Monitor and maintain IT hardware & systems and report to IT Manager immediately when issues happen. Proactively suggest to IT Manager solutions to fix future system/network issue or suggest system/network upgrades with reasonable cost.
  • Provide a basic level of support in the IT System (create an account, reset the password, etc)
  • Setup, and fix the camera, and access system issues together with other colleagues

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 1  - 3 years of experience
  • MS Office
  • Graduate from University or College majoring in IT (hardware, networking, security)
  • Basic English communication
  • Preference of those having good communication skills, user support mindset, proactive mindset, good physical health
