- Manage Company’s infrastructure and computers for the users: To maintain and stabilize the company IT environment
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures: To maintain the corporate operational environment and align with HQ instructions
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems: To monitor and secure the data of company. To follow the Personal Data Protection Decree
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy: As an IT Manager, proper solution needs to be implemented
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time: Cost-effective solutions need to be proposed
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes (Preventive maintenance is expected to proceed)
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures: Compliance-oriented management for the team and support users
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness: Long-term plan to stabilize the Infrastructure
- Other tasks assigned by the Department Manager
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor‘s or Master‘s degree
- MS Office for documentation
- English communication
- Ability to think logically and manage personnel
- Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware/software systems
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
- Strong infrastructure knowledge:

- Can work under high pressure and have a self-educating capacity
