I. Main Duties:
1. HR Strategy & Management.
- Advise BOD on HR models, organizational structures, and workforce development plans to build a fair, motivating, and transparent workplace culture.
- Promote performance-based culture and employee commitment, enhance organizational effectiveness by developing and implementing performance evaluation, promotion, and succession systems.
- Translate the BOD’s management direction into HR & GA actions and support company-wide alignment.
- Manage and supervise the operation of HR & GA, define the Department’s strategic direction and annual plans.
- Participate in drafting HR & GA-related policies and regulations and oversee implementation.
2. Recruitment & Talent Development.
- Develop periodic recruitment and training plans (yearly/quarterly/monthly).
- Conduct employee performance assessments and align manpower planning with business objectives.
- Organize soft skills and professional training programs.
3. Labor Relations & Legal Compliance.
- Advise and ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws.
- Handle labor disputes, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances.
- Manage social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, PIT, and compensation policies.
4. General Affairs & Administration.
- Manage office operations, fixed assets, fire prevention, environment, and occupational safety.
- Monitor administrative costs, organize internal events, and enforce company policies.
5. Others.
- Perform other tasks assigned by BOD.
II. Candidate Requirements
1. Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields
2. Experience
Minimum 5 years of HR/GA experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
3. Professional Knowledge
Recruitment, labor law, employee benefits, discipline, training, and general administration
4. Core Skills
- Analytical and decision-making skills
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving
- Team management
- English communication sufficient for reporting and internal coordination
4. Preferred qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing environments
- Involvement in organizational development or culture transformation projects
