MAIN DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and provide high quality customer service.
- Train, evaluate and mentor Dealer’s service staff.
- Provide technical support to dealers to assist in problem resolution
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to improve quality
- Collaborate with supervisors and related departments to share information and coordinate work
- Gather information on and comply with laws and regulations relevant to the department.
- Other duties assigned by Company
Report to: Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education: College or university graduate majoring in automotive or mechanical engineering
2. Experience: At least 2 years of automotive related work, besides eperience working with dealer systems is an advantage
3. Other Requirements:
- Willing to travel: Travel frequently to visit and support dealers in the area of responsibility.
