MAIN DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and provide high quality customer service.
  • Train, evaluate and mentor Dealer’s service staff.
  • Provide technical support to dealers to assist in problem resolution
  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to improve quality
  • Collaborate with supervisors and related departments to share information and coordinate work
  • Gather information on and comply with laws and regulations relevant to the department.
  • Other duties assigned by Company

Report to: Manager 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education: College or university graduate majoring in automotive or mechanical engineering

2. Experience: At least 2 years of automotive related work, besides eperience working with dealer systems is an advantage

3. Other Requirements:

  • Willing to travel: Travel frequently to visit and support dealers in the area of ​​responsibility.
