 MAIN DUTIES

- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and provide high quality customer service

- Gather market intelligence/ survey/ social and provide feedback to improve quality 

- Collaborate with supervisors and related departments to share information and coordinate work

- Doing survey and contact to unsatisfaction customer

- Other tasks as directed by the Company. Based on the functions and responsibilities assigned by the Company to the department at different periods, develop detailed daily and weekly tasks, processes, and working instructions

- Be proactive in performing the job duties according to this Job Description

- Proposing ideas to improve work

- Proposing policies/regimes to improve company processes, policies and procedures

- Advising managers

- Reviewing and resolving departmental requirements
