Job description:
The Intern supports overall activities in the After-Sales Department.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and provide high quality customer service.
- Take care and consult for Lead customer.
- Survey customer Sales and Service.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to improve quality.
- Collaborate with supervisors and related departments to share information and coordinate work.
- Gather information on and comply with laws and regulations relevant to the department.
- Evaluate the performance of the dealer on a regular basis for reflection and improvement.
- Other duties assigned by Company.
Report to: Managers
Requirements:
- Final-year students from Colleges/ Universities or fresh graduates.
- Be able to work full-time for 6 months.
- Communicate in basic English.
- Good teamwork, communication skills, MS Office
- Personality: Proactive, hard-working, responsible, honest
