Overall purpose of the job:

Develop automobile fleet and corporate sales in the North region to create additional sales growth beyond

normal dealer retail sales, while supporting dealers in fleet opportunity development and maintaining a clear

company dealer working model.

1. Fleet & Corporate Customer Development

  • Build and maintain a target customer list for fleet/corporate sales in the North region.
  • Identify potential fleet customers such as companies, rental firms, service providers, SMEs, government-related buyers, and corporate users.
  • Collect competitor fleet pricing, packages, customer needs, and market practices for business reference.

2. Fleet Pipeline & Sales Execution 

  • Prepare and maintain the fleet sales pipeline, including lead status, quotation follow-up, approval coordination, and closing progress.
  • Coordinate with dealers and DSMs to approach, propose, and close fleet/corporate opportunities.
  • Track fleet sales performance, conversion rate, and pipeline progress, and report regularly to management.

3. Dealer Coordination & Light Dealer Development

  • Support dealers in the North region to develop fleet/corporate opportunities and improve customer follow-up discipline.
  • Work with DSMs and dealers to identify local market potential, key fleet accounts, and practical action plans. 
  • Maintain a clear company–dealer working model and respect dealer ownership to avoid channel conflict

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work with Sales Operations, Finance, dealers, and related teams on pricing, delivery, payment, and documentation for fleet/corporate deals.
  • Coordinate with After Sales and dealers to support fleet customers after delivery. 
  • Liaise with banks/financial institutions on financing arrangements for fleet and corporate customers when required.

5. Other Tasks: Perform other tasks assigned by the Sales Head

Report to: Head of Automobile Sales

REQUIREMENT

1. Education and Skill:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Good understanding of fleet/corporate B2B sales and dealer operations. 
  • Good MS Office skills for pipeline tracking and reporting. 
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Driving license and willingness to travel within the North region.

2. Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in automobile sales, fleet sales, corporate/B2B sales, or related sales roles. 
  • Experience working with corporate customers, fleet accounts, or dealer networks is an advantage. 
  • Experience in sales pipeline follow-up, quotation coordination, and customer/dealer visit activities is preferred.

3. Competencies

  • Proactive, target-driven, and able to develop fleet/corporate customer opportunities.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple sales opportunities at different stages. 
  • Good coordination with dealers, DSMs, and internal functions to support sales execution. 
  • Good market awareness, including competitor pricing, fleet offers, and customer needs.
  • High responsibility, integrity, and ability to work under sales pressure.

Other information:

  • Working place: Suzuki World, 2 Pho Quang St., Tan Binh, HCM
  • Working time: 7:30 – 17:30, from Monday to Friday
