Job Description:

1. Set the mission, vision, and numerical targets for After Sales Dept., implement long-term strategies, and produce results.

2. Improvement the quality and content of services to improve customer satisfaction based on customer feedback.

3. Guiding and managing employees of After Sales Dept., and training and supporting dealers with specific performance targets to improve dealer performance.

4. Manage budgets and allocate resources optimally to improve the work efficiency of After Sales Dept., including dealers:

- Implement improvements to increase the efficiency of the service process, shorten the response time to customers, and improve the efficiency of the service.

(Including shortening of takt time, leveling of work by promoting reservation, improvement of skills, etc.)

5. Work to improve quality, perform troubleshooting and quality verification collaboration with QC/QA and Production to improve product quality and customer service.

6. Understand competitors‘ service strategies and implement appropriate countermeasures. Introduce new technologies and service methods to improve the customer satisfaction.

7. Set KPIs to evaluate the performance of After Sales Dept., and monitor the results regularly and complete the KPIs.

 

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering or related fields

2. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

3. English (business level)

4. Good communication skill

5. 3 years of working experience in Automotive service field

6. Customer service, process improvement, planning & analyzing, developing

standards, GRIT
