JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist manager to manage the sales jobs of Sales Team & Be responsible for sales target achievement.
- Set up the sales target for all dealers and closely supervise and monitor the sales team to work with dealers to achieve their targets.
- Convey the company‘s sales strategies to Sales Team and guide them to implement accordingly.
- Follow up sales situation as well as any change in organization and structure of all dealers to update superiors for right judgement and counter measure.
- Ensure the operation of dealers in accordance with 3S Shop Standards
- Collect information from market (competitors, economic situation and trend as well as current affair.
- Daily Sales activities from dealers (checking source of customers and inquiries
- Implement sales training for dealers‘ sales force
- Other tasks as requested by manager
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Age: 25 - 28
- Bachelor’s degree in economics
- Have at least 3 years of experience in sales activities in roles of Team Leader
- Have a mindset of a self-starter and logical, critical thinking
- Good at English
- Be proactive, highly responsible, professional and honest

- Working time: Monday - Friday from 7h30 -5h30
